Well after a fantastic autumn season we want to say a massive THANK YOU to all our wonderful guests who had an Italian holiday with www.hikingtheheel.com in 2023. We enjoyed looking after each and every one of you and we especially loved your enthusiasm for our apartments, our village and the beautiful region that is Salento, Puglia.

Please read their reviews. We really tried to make everyone’s Italian holiday exactly what they wanted it to be, whether they were beach lovers, avid walkers, foodies or history fanatics. In return everyone made us feel like we were getting it right, and that we were offering a unique and enjoyable holiday. We have taken all suggestions on board, and now we are ready to welcome guests in 2024.

Flights direct to Brindisi are now out, and if you book now, very good value. (For example Ryanair currently have return flights direct from Stansted to Brindisi in May 2024 from only £98 per person) They also fly direct from Manchester. Booking early makes the total cost of the holiday very reasonable as in our experience flight prices go up nearer the holiday season.
